Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services in the United States seeks a REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER or Supervisor to plan for and manage Specialist positions, handling intake, billing, and collections while ensuring outstanding customer service as the voice of the company with franchise partners, payers, and patients.

The role requires 3+ years in supervision within infusion settings, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and knowledge of CareTend and RCM Portal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of infusion setting experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience required.
• Knowledge of Vital Care systems including CareTend and the RCM Portal.
• Knowledge of payer compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefits investigation and verifications, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Manage Reimbursement Specialist schedules to reallocate resources to meet KPIs and monitor workload distribution.
• Serve as an escalation agent for franchise partner or patient complaints.
• Implement and maintain operating procedures covering quality, compliance, and performance expectations.
• Monitor results to ensure quality and productivity; identify improvements.
• Collaborate with payor/benefit support programs to resolve missing claims and handle escalations.
• Instill customer service standards and mentor staff in service and collection techniques.
• Balance workload and supervise schedules to meet demand.
• Audit transactions for accuracy and compliance; address rejections.
• Interview, train, and mentor department associates; communicate performance metrics.
