Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead performance initiatives across patient access, billing, and cash collection functions. You will champion automation, analytics, and education to improve KPIs and financial outcomes.

You will supervise a team, collaborate with facilities, central business offices, IT, and vendors, and develop business cases for new tools and processes. Up to 25% travel is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 8–10 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations including Patient Access, Charge Capture, and Patient Financial Services.
• Experience with lean or six sigma process improvement is preferred.

• Provides revenue cycle governance and standards for efficient patient flow and revenue capture.
• Manages a team delivering training and governance across front, middle, and back-end functions.
• Monitors outsourced vendors with KPIs and service reviews.
• Leads projects to increase revenue capture through automation, analytics and new technology.
• Analyzes patient accounting data to improve cash collections and reduce denials.
