Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst – Analytics in the King of Prussia, PA area.

The role focuses on evaluating revenue cycle processes, identifying efficiency improvements, and collaborating with registration, billing, charging, coding, collections, and denials teams to optimize cash flow and KPIs. The candidate will manipulate raw data, apply advanced analytics, and translate findings into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle analytics.
• Experience with SQL programming including query development.
• Experience with Python, Tableau, and Java preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations: registration, charging, billing, collections and denials management.
• Experience with patient accounting systems and claims review.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and manage projects/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Designs and distributes monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviews weekly reports and communicates trends to leaders.
• Supports system implementations and standardization efforts.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
