Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of Revenue Cycle analytics experience or equivalent.
• College degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, health information management, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Leads efforts to maximize compliant revenue capture and cash collections through analytics and optimization.
• Designs and distributes monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviews weekly reports to identify issues affecting patient collections and communicates trends to end users.
• Supports system implementations, process and technology improvements, and standardization.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Performs all other duties as assigned/required.
