Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst – Billing to optimize billing processes and cash flow. You will partner with registration, billing, coding and denials teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy in revenue capture.

Senior analysts drive data-driven improvements, supervise vendor relationships, and support project initiatives while mentoring junior staff. Up to 15% domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of revenue cycle experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in registration, billing, charging, and denials management workflows.
• Strong project and vendor management with data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assess current revenue cycle processes and identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with registration, billing, charging, coding, and denials teams to streamline workflows.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics to identify trends and opportunities for cash flow optimization.
• Oversee billing operations, manage clearinghouse and claims scrubber vendors, and ensure compliant submissions.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate effectively with internal users and vendors.
