Job summary

The role leads projects, implements best practices, and mentors teammates while partnering with central offices and facilities to maximize net revenue and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle and related operations.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders to improve Revenue Cycle performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess current revenue cycle processes and identify efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
• Collaborate with registration, billing, charging, coding, collections, and denials management teams.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead revenue integrity initiatives, optimize charge capture, and maintain chargemaster standards.
