Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst – Billing to assess current processes, collaborate with registration, billing, and coding teams, and optimize cash flow.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; you will mentor teammates and drive data-driven improvements across the Central Business Offices.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years with a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, health information management, or similar.
• Intermediate knowledge of revenue cycle operations: registration, charging, billing, collections, denials management.
• Experience with patient accounting systems and reviewing claims/remittances in imaging systems.
• Experience managing projects and vendors; delivering data-driven solutions; mentoring junior team members.
• Strong written/verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office; able to meet deadlines and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily claim submissions, transmissions, rejections and clearinghouse activity.
• Support EFT/ERA enrollments for new payers and facilities to optimize remittance posting.
• Manage clearinghouse items, edits, and new facility/service additions.
• Support new facilities openings and system implementations.
• Advise on government and payer billing requirements; ensure compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve clean claim rate and timely payments.
