Universal Health Services (IPM) seeks a Revenue Cycle Specialist to strengthen front-end workflows and drive revenue cycle improvements across IPM markets. You will help standardize processes, monitor metrics, and partner with leadership to deliver timely payments and enhanced patient service.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the CBO and Market teams, with a focus on process discipline and practical revenue cycle improvements within a large healthcare network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum in a healthcare billing or related operations environment.
• Experience in client-facing roles, and/or project management and customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and payor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Improve and accelerate revenue cycle processes to boost productivity and faster payments.
• Track and trend metrics for front-end revenue cycle health across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to promote best practices in IPM front-end workflows.
• Ensure consistency in process and best practices with IPM Market and CBO.
