Job summary

Avita Health System in Crestline, OH is seeking a Patient Receivables and Cash Posting Manager to lead the Patient Financial Services Department at the Crestline location.

The role oversees the Claim Posting, Patient Receivable, and Customer Service teams, ensuring accurate posting, timely collections, and strong customer service for patients and families. You will drive reporting, staff training, and special projects to support compliant, efficient revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare Secondary Payer, ABN rules, Red Flag Rules, and billing compliance.
• Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Understanding of AHS managed care payer rules and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Claim Posting, Patient Receivable, and Customer Service departments.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments; maximize timely collections.
• Provide targeted training to staff and drive process improvements.
• Prepare reports and manage special projects related to revenue cycle.
