Cardinal Health, a Dublin, Ohio‑based healthcare distribution and services company, is seeking a Manager for Revenue Cycle – Cash Applications & Payment Integrity. This role drives cash posting, deposit reconciliation, and 835/ERA workflows across DME and Pharmacy units to ensure accurate payments and robust controls.

You will design scalable processes, collaborate with IT, Treasury, and Finance, and lead teams across multiple businesses to improve posting timeliness and reconciliation accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle, focusing on Cash Applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Deep Revenue Cycle expertise and automation mindset.
• Strong expertise in 835 ERA/EFT transactions and EDI remittance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cash Applications across DME and Pharmacy businesses, ensuring timely posting and reconciliation.
• Own end-to-end deposit reconciliation across bank deposits, EFTs, lockboxes, and remittance files.
• Establish controls for deposit/EFT through 835 receipt and posting.
• Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, or unreconciled payments.
• Standardize reconciliation processes, SLAs, and reporting across businesses.
• Lead 835 ERA/EFT workflows, routing, posting and reconciliation.
• Partner with IT, clearinghouses, Treasury, and Finance to resolve payments.
• Establish monitoring for failed files and reconciliation breaks.
• Design scalable future-state remittance routing and posting processes.
