Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle - Cash Applications & Payment Integrity to lead cash posting, deposit reconciliation, and 835/EFT workflows across Cardinal Health’s DME and Pharmacy segments. You will design scalable processes, monitor reconciliation across multiple systems, and drive automation and control improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle with leadership of Cash Applications preferred.
• Deep understanding of EFT/deposit, 835 receipt, EDI routing/splitting, reconciliation, posting, credits and refunds.
• Automation experience to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cash Applications across DME and Pharmacy businesses with timely posting and reconciliation.
• Oversee end-to-end deposit reconciliation (bank deposits, EFTs, lockboxes, remittance files).
• Design scalable future-state remittance routing, posting, reconciliation, and exception management.
• Establish controls for refunds, misposted payments, and duplicates; drive KPIs for timeliness and accuracy.
