You will lead an office team, partner with Admissions, Clinical Reimbursement, and Social Services, and use performance metrics like AR aging, bad debt, and DSO to drive sustainable improvements for residents and centers.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Degree or coursework in accounting or finance preferred.
• At least five years of billing and collections experience, ideally in long-term care.
• Strong understanding of RCM metrics and processes.
• Ability to lead and develop a business office team.
• Professionalism in working with residents, families, and center leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle management from pre-admission to discharge.
• Lead census, billing, collections, adjustments, and Medicaid tracking.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical Reimbursement, and Social Services.
• Provide financial guidance during admission and discharge.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate guidelines.
