Vital Care Infusion Services, LLC in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Leader to manage reimbursement activities across infusion and specialty pharmacies. You will lead account management, authorizations, intake, billing, collections, and payment posting, building a high-performing team while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely revenue collection from payers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or accounting with medical billing experience.
• 10 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience with 5 years in leadership in home infusion.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor operational and individual metrics to ensure the right team is in place, fully trained, and focused on priorities.
• Monitor operations for quality of results through audits and analytics to ensure accuracy of deposits and reconciliations.
• Define, capture, and utilize analytics to identify areas to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Track and monitor key performance metrics and provide regular management reporting.
• Lead interview, training, and staffing for the RCM Team and foster a high-performance environment.
