• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience with 5 years of proven leadership experience in a home infusion setting.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and monitor team metrics and ensure staff are trained and focused on priorities.
• Audit transactions, deposits, reconciliations, and adjust stock/records for accuracy.
• Define analytics and auditing processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Track financial, quality, and productivity KPIs and report results.
• Lead and mentor the Revenue Cycle team to build leadership depth.
• Hire, train, and assign department members to create an effective RCM team.
