Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance RCM team across infusion and specialty units.
• Oversee accounts receivable, authorizations, intake, billing, and collections.
• Establish metrics and drive improvements in revenue cycle processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with payers to optimize denials and reconciliations.
