Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services seeks a senior reimbursement manager to oversee referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections across infusion and specialty units. Lead a large team with emphasis on accuracy and payer relations.

You will drive timely reimbursements, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster outstanding customer service for franchise partners, payers, and patients. Prior leadership and healthcare revenue cycle experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing referrals, insurance benefit investigation, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Manage resource allocations to meet KPIs and assess staffing needs.
• Coach and mentor Supervisors; conduct annual performance reviews and provide counseling when required.
• Create, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for revenue cycle functions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across revenue cycle policies and procedures.
