Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services seeks a senior leader to oversee reimbursement activities across infusion and specialty pharmacy units. You will direct referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections while ensuring outstanding customer service for franchise partners, payers, and patients.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance as the foundation of revenue cycle policies and procedures, oversight of a large team, and ongoing coaching to meet financial and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy teams up to 60 people across referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Oversee staffing and resource allocations to meet KPIs and balance workload.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and annual performance reviews for Supervisors.
• Develop and implement SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance across revenue cycle processes.
• Serve as escalation point for franchise partners and patients.
