Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services in Dallas, TX seeks a Reimbursement Manager to oversee referral intake, authorizations, billing and collections across infusion units. You will lead a high-performing team and champion regulatory compliance in revenue cycle policies.

Collaborate with franchise partners, payers and patients to deliver outstanding service while meeting financial targets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in management within home infusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigation, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Monitor KPIs and allocate resources to meet financial targets.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across revenue cycle processes.
