Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager in New Hampshire to lead the business office, oversee billing, collections and month-end close, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will supervise staff, ensure timely payroll-related processes, and drive cash collections while maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient billing integrity.

Qualifications

• 1) High school degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in long term care billing and collection experience preferred.
• 2) Additional coursework in accounting/finance is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train business office staff (Assistant BOM, Bookkeeper, Receptionists).
• Meet deadlines for approving timecards and time off within payroll cycles.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and meet monthly deadlines.
• Manage billing, collections, write-offs, deposits, and census-related processes.
• Supervise Medicaid Pending tracking and related processes, including guardian interactions when needed.
• Lead month-end close, data entry, census reconciliation and RCM reviews.
• Prepare documentation for auditors and resolve G/L variances.
