Aston Carter is seeking a Collections/Billing Analyst to manage end-to-end billing and accounts receivable in a high-volume environment. The role focuses on securing timely payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records while supporting audits and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage email cadence and phone outreach professionally.
• Strong analytical skills to prepare and present financial reports.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers by phone and email to secure payments and maintain relationships.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure invoices are accurate.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts to reduce past-due balances.
• Identify and resolve cash application errors to ensure correct payments.
• Investigate chargebacks and implement corrective actions.
• Issue and distribute invoices promptly and accurately.
• Process new contracts and sales ensuring billing setup is complete and correct.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and contract terms alignment.
• Address customer questions related to billing, payments, and account status with clear resolutions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and related transactions, keeping records up to date.
• Assist with customer account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
