• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle and drive KPI improvements.
• Manage major program rollouts with actionable work plans and stakeholder alignment.
