This role interacts with HR and leadership to ensure accurate financial processing and timely invoicing. The candidate will handle weekly payroll data, AR procedures, month-end closings, and region invoicing while maintaining high attention to detail and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll, billing, and accounting processes.
• Familiarity with P&L statements and accrual accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter hours for weekly payroll.
• Assist with AR procedures and invoicing.
• Coordinate with HR on employee relations and policies.
• Support month-end closing and accruals/deferrals.
• Track overdue invoices and collections.
• Handle mail, phone, and general admin duties.
• Generate region invoicing weekly.
• Provide administrative support to finance leadership.
