Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Full Time Revenue Coordinator II to support payroll, billing, and accounting functions in Pasadena, TX. You will provide customer service and administrative support to leadership, address payroll needs, and help ensure month-end processes are completed accurately.

The role requires 2–4 years of accounting experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong math and analytical skills. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and willing to work

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management and/or accounting experience.
• Associates degree or higher in Business or related field; desired but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with P&L statements and P&L analysis with knowledge of accrual accounting.
• Excellent math skills and ability to create/manipulate Excel spreadsheets.
• Experience in accounts receivable including invoicing and collections, interpreting contract billing language.
• Ability to self-direct to accomplish the work of the office.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and team-oriented skills.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime routinely.

Responsibilities

• Enter hours timely for weekly payroll.
• Assist with and ensure compliance with Accounts Receivable procedures.
• Act as liaison to HR regarding employee relations/policy/benefit issues.
• Assist in the completion of End of Month Closing.
• Track and retrieve aged invoices for payment.
• Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Provide administrative support.
• Generate region invoicing weekly.
• Generate end of month accruals and deferrals.
• Update and maintain receivables by totally unpaid invoices.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales and other departments.
• Support controller and accounting team with various administrative functions.
• Follow filing procedures to ensure the division's compliance.
• Performs other related duties assigned by Manager.
