Job summary

Acuren is recruiting for a Full Time Revenue Coordinator I to support operations in Torrance, CA. The role encompasses payroll, accounting, and HR support to the Division Manager and staff at the location.

The position requires at least 2–4 years in management or accounting, proficiency with MS Office, and strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Overtime is routinely expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Business or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines.
• Experience with high-volume Accounts Payable.
• Experience with P&L statements and accrual accounting.
• Excellent math skills with Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter hours timely for weekly payroll.
• Provide weekly P&L report to Manager (Sales and Expenses).
• Assist with and ensure compliance with Accounts Payable procedures.
• Assist with forecasting reports - Flash report.
• Act as liaison to HR regarding employee relations and benefits.
• Complete End of Month Closing tasks.
• Track and retrieve aged invoices for payment.
• Post customer payments and revenues; update receivables.
