Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our Commercial Tech, ARM domain, focused on Agentforce Revenue Billing across TMT accounts in the U.S. This role designs demos, guides migration paths from legacy CPQ/Billing to ARB/ARM, and mentors engineers.

You will partner with Account Executives, influence product roadmaps, and bring strong ASC 606 / IFRS 15 knowledge to revenue recognition and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or technical revenue operations within High Tech, Media, or Telecommunications.
• Deep product expertise in Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) and working knowledge of ARM, CPQ/Billing legacy tools.
• Understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and how billing events feed ERP subledgers.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARB/ARM technical excellence across TMT accounts and provide solution engineering support.
• Design high‑impact demos, POCs, and presentations anchored in ARB monetization.
• Map migration strategies from legacy CPQ/Billing to native ARB/ARM architectures.
• Advise on monetization strategies including subscription, usage-based pricing, and telecom/media pricing.
• Bridge revenue recognition rules and ERP integrations into modern platform designs.
• Mentor other Solution Engineers and relay customer needs to Product Management.
