Qualifications

• 2+ years? of outbound sales experience or phone-based selling.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with high call volumes.
• Self-aware with the ability to learn and improve.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to engage clients over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills to provide practical funding solutions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; top performer recognition.
