Job summary

Moby Capital in Austin, TX seeks a Sales Funding Specialist to lead lead qualification and bridge to Funding Executives. You will educate clients on revenue-based lending and drive a strong, closing pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes high-volume calls, exceptional communication, and the ability to analyze client finances to provide practical funding solutions. Onsite work in Austin with base + commission structure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and recognition with top performer awards or trips.
• Financial acumen is a plus as the ability to understand our client’s finances will help shorten the ramp up time.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on securing funds and managing their financial needs.
• Manage a high volume of calls to qualify leads and close deals.
• Understand and analyze business margins and financial statements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Provide practical solutions to clients' financial challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Originate, develop, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their funding needs and business goals.
• Present and negotiate funding solutions, addressing client concerns and ensuring a smooth closing process.
• Follow up with clients post‑closing to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional funding needs.
