Job summary

Element Materials Technology is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive data-driven insights across Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial Leadership. The role focuses on Power BI reporting, KPI management, VoC, and continuous improvement to support commercial growth.

Based at Edinburgh Park with hybrid/remote flexibility, you will work with the Commercial Revenue Operations Senior Manager to deliver timely, accurate analytics and actionable recommendations that improve data

Qualifications

Experience in a reporting, business intelligence, sales operations, commercial operations, or data analyst role.
Degree in a relevant field is advantageous (e.g. Maths, Tech).
Strong Power BI experience including report creation and dashboard maintenance.

Responsibilities

Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reports.
Produce and analyse commercial performance reporting covering leads, quotes, opportunities, revenue, invoice performance, and product sales.
Monitor report accuracy and ensure outputs align with business requirements.
Provide regular insights and recommendations to support commercial decision making.
Administer Voice of the Customer (VoC) programme and analyse customer feedback.
Support ad-hoc reporting and commercial analysis requests from stakeholders.
