Emerson is seeking a Sales Operations and Business Analyst to partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations. You will transform data into actionable insights, drive revenue forecasting, and optimize performance reporting across the commercial organization.

The role focuses on pipeline management, data cleansing, and creating automated Power BI dashboards that consolidate CRM and ERP data. Collaboration with IT and Finance is essential for accurate forecasting and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or Business Operations Analyst.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficient with Power BI (DAX).

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute weekly sales performance reports to Finance, RSM, Operations, and NA Sales.
• Maintain CRM Opportunity Funnel and channel partner reports; support pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales Leadership to support forecasting; align with strategic insights.
• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards; automate reporting where possible.
