Xe.com is seeking a Revenue Data & Analytics Manager in Irvine, CA to own analytical foundations, define metrics, and build executive dashboards that drive GTM strategy and customer lifecycle insights.

You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and BI to turn data into actionable recommendations, shaping how the business measures and improves performance in a fast-moving environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in business analytics, business intelligence, or management consulting, with a track record of analysis that changed company decisions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modelling, and at least one BI or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker); experience with Amplitude and HubSpot is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Define, document, and maintain the company's core performance metrics, including calculation logic and edge cases, ensuring a single source of truth across reporting.
• Define scalable data models that support evolving reporting and analytics needs, collaborating with the BI team.
• Own the executive dashboard and revenue performance reporting layer used by leadership, and define functional dashboards with cross-functional partners.
• Build recurring revenue analytics across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, product adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Diagnose revenue performance to surface risks and opportunities and locate where they sit in the business.
• Translate findings into an execution plan with cross-functional partners and track delivery.
• Shape the monthly and quarterly leadership narrative with performance insights.
• Answer the business's hardest questions from framing to recommendations.
• Shape how AI and agentic tooling extend the function's reporting and analytics capacity as capabilities mature.
