Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational metrics, trends and market data to set pricing for new leases and renewals.
• Utilize KPIs to optimize pricing and target occupancy.
• Develop and disseminate pricing analyses to stakeholders.
• Create and monitor reports to minimize revenue leakage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on revenue initiatives and growth pilots.
• Track industry trends and advise on potential impacts.
