Job summary

Brookfield Properties Multifamily is seeking a Revenue Analyst to develop and execute lease pricing strategies across a portfolio. You will leverage market data and performance metrics to optimize revenue and support data-informed decisions.

Working with portfolio teams and leadership, you will help prepare reports on revenue performance and pricing effectiveness, while implementing BI and analytics tools to enhance decision-making and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

3-4 years in accounting, financial analysis, or similar analytical role with data-driven insights to support revenue strategy.
1-2 years supporting or executing revenue management initiatives including rent pricing and portfolio analysis.
1-2 years exposure to property management, lease administration, and daily operations impacting revenue.

Responsibilities

Execute revenue pricing strategies for an assigned portfolio using market data and performance metrics.
Conduct competitive set reviews and support pricing recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, and Property Management to align systems and analytics.
Monitor market regulations and prepare actionable reports for stakeholders.
