Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, revenue management, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 stabilized communities and review daily rent pricing to meet revenue objectives.
• Lead recurring performance calls with Community Managers and Regional Managers and adjust RevMax/ILS settings to hit ownership goals.
• Serve as primary contact for pricing and ILS discussions with clients and operators.
• Analyze asset performance and present insights during performance calls; escalate when needed.
• Identify and recommend ancillary services and product opportunities for leadership evaluation.
• Develop and distribute monthly/quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Cooperate with the Performance Strategy leader to present insights and strategic recommendations.
• Review monthly exceptions and overall property performance, documenting improvements and risks.
• Coordinate property marketing updates with Corporate Marketing Support and lead onboarding/training for onsite teams.
