Job summary

Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Activation & Performance Manager in Maryland to identify revenue opportunities, drive activation strategies, and support hotels in improving market share and demand generation.

This role partners with SRDs, Area Directors, hotel teams, and enterprise programs to translate insights into actionable plans and measurable results. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in revenue management or related fields, strong analytical and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, marketing, revenue management, or related field.
• 5+ years in hotel revenue management, commercial strategy, sales or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with hotel revenue management principles and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, market share and demand generation.
• Develop and communicate actionable insights to senior leaders to support prioritization and strategy.
• Partner with hotel ownership and management to build commercial plans and optimize pricing, demand and channel mix.
• Collaborate across Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations to enable execution.
• Measure impact of initiatives and sustain improvements over time.
