Job summary

Granite is seeking a Returns Associate to process inbound returns, verify RMAs, and update system records. You will restock good items, route nonconforming ones, and perform basic quality checks to protect inventory integrity while supporting customer credit processes.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, ERP/WMS usage, and safe handling of packages up to 50 lbs, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in returns processing or warehouse is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and accurate documentation expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records.
• Inspect items for condition and completeness, document findings.
• Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements.
• Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items appropriately.
• Print documentation and labels for return-to-vendor (RTV) when required.
• Perform basic quality checks and elevate discrepancies.
