Qualifications

• Ability to file documents accurately using filing systems.
• Ability to read shipping labels (UPS/FedEx/USPS) and process items accordingly.
• Effective communication with colleagues to support a productive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle return department processes including mail sorting, packaging opening, materials handling, refurbishing, restocking, and vendor returns.
• Conduct quality control by verifying item condition against packing slips and document damages.
• File and retrieve organizational documents, records, and reports.
• Process credit and exchange orders.
