Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, LLC. is seeking a Returns Associate to process incoming returns, verify RMAs, inspect item condition and update system records.

This role ensures timely disposition—restock, repair or scrap—while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting customer credits. Responsibilities include logging returns, inspecting items, updating ERP/WMS with movement details, restocking approved items, and printing RTV documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of returns processing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records.
• Inspect items for condition and completeness, document findings.
• Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements.
• Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items appropriately.
• Print documentation and labels for return-to-vendor (RTV) when required.
• Perform basic quality checks and elevate discrepancies.
