Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking a Returns Coordinator to own returns, RMAs, and vendor credits in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will review returned inventory, coordinate with Purchasing for RGAs, package and ship materials, and maintain accurate records to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of warehouse/returns experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of warehouse, inventory, or returns processing experience preferred.
• Experience with vendor returns, RMAs, inventory reconciliation, or similar processes is a plus.
• Comfortable using inventory systems, scanners, and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all returns, RMAs, and vendor credits.
• Review returned inventory and determine the appropriate disposition of materials.
• Create and process vendor returns using company systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and Purchasing to obtain return authorizations (RGAs).
• Package and ship returned materials to vendors.
• Track open returns and vendor credits, following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Verify vendor credits and resolve discrepancies when needed.
• Submit supporting documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain an organized returns staging area and filing system.
• Monitor reporting and identify aging returns that require action.
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support warehouse operations during peak periods as needed.
