Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Returns Processor to track returned products and warranty items, ensuring accurate refunds and efficient movement through refurbishment. The role supports product quality improvements by logging returns and test results.

You will interact with customers to obtain information, generate RMAs, and document all steps in the system. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service and a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and handle pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Check warranties and prepare refund paperwork.
• Move returned products through the system to refurbish or resell.
• Process customer product returns and issue RMAs.
• Interact with customers to collect information about faulty products and provide RMA numbers.
• Inspect and test returned items; log data about returns in the system.
