Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a returns specialist in California to manage warranty checks, process refunds, and move returned products through the system for refurbishment or resale. You will interact with customers to gather information on faulty products and issue RMAs while ensuring accurate data entry and proper documentation.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of customer service experience, with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Checks for and verifies warranties, and prepares required paperwork for refunds.
• Facilitates moving returned product through the system, with the goal of reselling products that can be refurbished.
• Processes product returns from customers.
• Interacts with customers, receives information about faulty products, and gives customers assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers.
• Opens, spot checks, inspects, and tests customer and vendor returns of RMA products.
• Receives, sorts, and stages returns, and logs data about returns into the system.
