Job summary

Jobtailor in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Returns Associate to enter remakes and process returns accurately. You will coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and external vendors to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining billing and scheduling data.

You will handle data entry, order processing, and use AS400, PDM, PLM, Excel and Word to track transactions, communicate across departments, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process returns entered by Sales Representatives through the computer system

Job description

• Process returns entered by Sales Representatives through the computer system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Task oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to meet required goals and deadlines
• Detail oriented
• Capable of working in a team environment across multiple departments
• Knowledge of Salesforce, OMS, AS400, PDM, PLM, Excel, and Word
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
• Ability to lift and carry packages and walk short distances
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with pallet jacks, tape guns, and other standard equipment
• Monday–Friday availability between 8am–5pm CST
• No travel required
