Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, LLC. is seeking a Returns Associate to process incoming returns, verify RMAs, inspect items, and update ERP/WMS records while ensuring timely disposition and inventory integrity.

This role supports customer credit issuance and requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years of returns/warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills. Join a fast-paced team with strong emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy required.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records.
• Inspect items for condition and completeness, documenting findings.
• Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements.
• Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items appropriately.
• Print documentation/labels for RTV when required.
• Perform basic quality checks and escalate discrepancies.
