Job summary

Granite Telecommunications, LLC. is seeking a Returns Associate to process incoming returns, verify RMAs, inspect items, and update ERP/WMS records while ensuring timely disposition and inventory integrity.

• Print documentation/labels for RTV when required.
• Perform basic quality checks and escalate discrepancies.

The Returns Associate processes incoming returns accurately, verifies RMAs, inspects product condition, and updates system records. This role ensures timely disposition-restock, repair, or scrap-while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting customer credit issuance.

• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMS
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RMA processes and RTV documentation
• Knowledge of basic quality inspection standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required
