Job summary

HR NOW (2) is seeking a Returns Processing Associate to manage and process customer returns from our online operation. You will unload pallets, inspect items, and document condition to determine eligibility for return.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. You will work with inventory systems and ecommerce platforms in a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in ecommerce returns processing or similar role preferred.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to distinguish colors, styles, and product codes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and lift/move boxes up to 70 lbs.
• Extended standing/walking may be required.
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and unpack product returns
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming product returns from customers to determine the condition and note damaged or missing parts
• Verify that the returned merchandise matches the quantity and the product shipped (model and serial)
• Photograph evidence of faulty returns according to claim requirements
• Returns products on racks, shelves, or designated areas by product category
