Responsibilities

• Handle customer returns and exchanges.
• Inspect returned items for defects.
• Facilitate exchanges and repairs with coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of returns.
• Provide customer service related to returns.
• Ensure adherence to return policies.
• Update inventory records to reflect returns.
• Resolve the disposition of returned products.
• Manage return merchandise authorization processes.
• Follow up with customers regarding returns.
• Receive and unpack incoming shipments.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular inventory audits.
• Ensure a clean and organized inventory storage area.
• Assist with stocking shelves.
• Assist clients with inventory counts and verification.

Skills

Excellent math and analytical skills

Computer skills (familiar with Excel)

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Ability to carry 50-75lbs

Previous experience in Inventory or Returns

Knowledge of inventory management principles

Ability to work individually and in a team setting
