Job summary

Naked Wardrobe in California is seeking a detail-oriented Returns Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will process and inspect returned apparel, update inventory in our warehouse management system, and prepare items for restocking or refurbishing while supporting a smooth returns workflow.

This role collaborates with the customer service team, helps organize warehouse space for efficiency, ensures proper packaging, and maintains a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in warehouse management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment, preferably in a returns or inventory role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete paperwork.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
