SanMar-Internal is seeking a Returns Clerk to handle processing of customer returns and logging items accurately. You will work with the Customer Care Center, Credit, UPS and others to ensure returns paperwork is complete and correctly recorded.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1-3 years warehouse experience, and clear English communication. You must follow safety rules, lift up to 60 pounds, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced facility.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Requires interaction with account executives, customers and/or team members in English.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
• Maintain a safe, neat and clean work area per safety regulations.

Mansioni

• Log in all returned and delivered items and research returns without RA# as needed.
• Process all return paperwork upon completion of returning items to proper locations.
• Communicate with Customer Care Center on returned orders and with customers and UPS.
• Verify returned product matches bin location and restock to lo-bay/hi-bay locations.
• Invoice restocked credit memos and modify returns paperwork when necessary.
• Notify employees of packages and deliver daily priority packages and mail.
• Create and print credit memos and freight invoices.
