Job summary

Spring Footwear Corp. in Florida is seeking a Returns Coordinator to manage the wholesale returns workflow within our warehouse environment. You will own the end-to-end process, communicate with customers and internal teams, and ensure accurate crediting and timely refunds.

The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and experience with shipping, billing, and returns. Proficiency with Excel and e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus, as you will work across multiple

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail required.
• Experience with shipping, billing and returns preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with a proactive work style.
• 3-5 years warehousing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire returns process.
• Communicate the returns process with customers and staff.
• Analyze data from OMS, Shopify, and Lingo to inform decisions on returns.
• Repackage and label returns.
• Assess back to stock and mix-pair processing.
• Credit accounts accurately across platforms.
• Arrange shipping of replacements and repaired returns.
• Maintain return records in the system.
• Share product insights with relevant departments.
• Process all returned merchandise promptly.
• Ensure shipping labels are created and invoiced daily.
• Coordinate FedEx and UPS pickups/drop-offs.
