Job summary

DÔEN is seeking a Returns Processor for our Vernon, CA distribution center. You will manage inbound customer returns via systems like Loop, Global-E, Netsuite and Shopify, process refunds, and ensure accurate restocking and reporting to the QC team.

The role emphasizes diligence, quality control, and timely communication with stores and customers. This onsite position requires reliability, strong detail orientation, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Customer Service experience.
• 1-2 years Warehouse experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds.
• Inclusive, values-driven mindset.
• Flexible to work varying shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Process returns from customers in a timely manner using systems such as Loop, Global-E, Netsuite and Shopify.
• Open inbound packages.
• Perform quality control on each item.
• Put away and organize units back to stock.
• Notify QC Department on items transferred to alterations.
• Communicate issues to products to QC Manager.
• Notify Operations team of system/refund process errors.
• Assist with inventory counts and verification of stock.
