Job summary

DNAM Brands is seeking an organized Customer Service Associate to manage incoming customer returns across e-commerce platforms. You will receive returned shipments, verify tracking, inspect items, and accurately process returns through Shopify, TikTok Shop and Whatnot.

• 1+ year experience in returns processing, shipping and receiving, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience with Shopify is preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or Whatnot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and inspect incoming customer returns.
• Verify tracking, order, and customer information against packages.
• Process returns and update records across platforms (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Whatnot).
• Document damaged or ineligible items and prepare restocked merchandise.
